INCLUDED:

Monthly Rental includes: anytime access to the kitchen, use of laundry, all utilities: water, gas, electric, trash (Tuesday/Friday), cable for TV and Net.  Y-Fi is set up to use with your own computer. Printing from house printer is also available. Telephone service is not provided, so having your cell phone is advisable/necessary. You can use this address for incoming mail. Also includes lots of lovely extras, like professional maid/linen service. Parking is included.

Our B&B  includes: parking, use of laundry, a cupboard full of a nice supply of healthy breakfast foods and drinks (see photo), morning brewed coffee and tea. Since people keep all different schedules, we provide casual breakfast with courteous self-service, and anytime access to the kitchen. Also frequent maid/linen service as needed.

This is the perfect spot that is quiet and cozy, yet is located in the heart of Gaithersburg, steps from the Ride-on-Bus (#59); 1.5 miles from MARC train/Red Line Metro/ Routes 355/270/370/495, shopping and more.  It’s  15 miles to DC line, and 25 miles to the Nation’s Capitol, the Smithsonian Institution and the excitement of DC.

As a Bed And Breakfast: 

$350 a Week - Half as much and twice as nice as any local h/motel!

Pre-planned Rental by the Month at monthly rates may also be available.

As a Month to Month Rental:

$675 a Month  Pay prior to the 1st of the month: $650 - Everything Included (See above).

PROCEDURE:

Payments for stay due prior to each stay. Cash, and all types of credit cards accepted. PayPal/Credit Card for International payment is also available.

PAYMENTS:

Rent and Security Deposit are due prior to any stay.

SECURITY DEPOSIT:

$675

May be reduced or waved with current: NIST/ NIH/, Gov., or Armed Services invitation letter or copy of badge to be kept on file.

BONUS:

- Weekly Rental: Advance payment - Pay 4 consecutive weeks, get $100 cash back.

- Monthly Rental: Staying for 8 months, get $100 cash back at the end of the 8th month.
